ILAP: The Mayer dossier (Part 2)
The artist group ILAP (Indoor Land Art Programme) has during the last year been following the explorations of Norbert Mayer and will, through different actions in Neukölln, visualise his observations of terrestrial and cosmographic phenomena. One of Mayer's discoveries, a sound meridian which runs from north to south right through the entire area, is one of the main focuses of ILAP's work in this year. A band from Neukölln pays a special tribute to the meridian on the 1st of July.
